By booking your place on this retreat, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Booking & Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your place.

• If you are booking with a friend, please change the quantity to two. Your discount will be applied with the use of discount code: BOOKBESTIE2.

• Prices are per person.

Eligibility

• This retreat is open to women only.

• You must be at least 16 years of age to attend.

• Attendees under 18 must be accompanied by a full paying adult and purchase their own place at the retreat.
  

Retreat Cancellation by Organisers

• We reserve the right to cancel the retreat if minimum participant numbers are not met.

• In the unlikely event that the retreat is cancelled by the organisers, you will receive a full refund.
  

Refunds & Cancellations by Participants

• No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 60 days before the retreat start date.

• If cancelled before 60 days, you will receive a 50% refund.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, and such changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
